Jobs and Strengths Simply put: Smart people do not look for a job based on their weaknesses. They look for a job based on their strengths, what they would like to do, what they are good at, what they enjoy doing. I do my best to remember this when teaching. Advancing a student's strengths is just as, if not more, important as trying to improve upon a student's weaknesses. |
